This is our Flower design in Bastogne Walnut with Mahogany trim. Bastogne Walnut, a prized and exceptionally beautiful hardwood, is a hybrid mix of native Claro Walnut and English Walnut. The graceful lines in this design earned their Flower name when a customer saw it on display and said "this looks like a blooming flower". We are John & Laurie and we begin our creations searching for the most amazing hardwoods then handcraft each unique piece. To reveal the natural colors and character in the hardwood we use clear lacquer. Bastogne Walnut captures such a unique beauty with the variety of rich colors and character. Mouse over the picture to zoom in and see the dark rich colors up close. This beautiful wooden work-of-art has the added feature of being illuminated with wax or led candles or string led lighting. It is a stunning table display and also looks beautiful hanging on its own with either a ceiling hook or wall mount bracket. NOTE: A tea light candle is included with the lantern.
